Dr. Leonardo kept right on climbing -- a top mover on the week and one of the biggest over the month, extending its steady run up the top 30. (Same caveats as before: it's a website-builder platform, the therapist pages sit on subdomains like yourname.dr-leonardo.com, and we haven't verified how they got there.)
