Now this was a shake-up. Most of the top 30 dropped sharply, all at once -- Facebook fell hardest, shedding roughly a third of its visibility in a single week, with Instagram, Mapquest, Healthgrades, and Yelp close behind. When this much moves together, it's almost always the search engine reworking how it lays out the page -- not anything those sites did.
Two new names rose against that tide, and both are worth flagging. Vemra (vemra.ai) jumped in from essentially zero -- it had no real presence in our data until this week. Welli (welli.com) climbed sharply too. We haven't looked into either yet, so we're not making claims about what they are; we're noting that two unfamiliar names appeared at once, which is the pattern this report watches for. LinkedIn and Psychology Today still lead, though even LinkedIn slipped this week -- a sign of how broad the drop was. Below them, the fall was steep: Facebook and Instagram, which had spent weeks recovering, gave most of it back at once.

The top of the page held up better than the rest. Psychology Today still owns the #1 spot for therapist searches, though its share slipped a little, and LinkedIn actually firmed up its grip on the highest positions even as its overall visibility fell.
