This is a quick one this week. Between a snow day and a generally calm set of search results, there just wasn’t much drama in the data. Most of the usual suspects stayed exactly where you’d expect them, with only small shifts across the board.

The most visible domains remain unchanged. LinkedIn and Psychology Today continue to dominate therapist name searches, followed by the familiar mix of Facebook, Instagram, Zocdoc, and Headway, and other relatively-known websites (or ones we've addressed in the past).
Sharecare is still hanging around in the middle of the pack. It had one of the bigger shifts this week, so it's worth keeping an eye on.

Most of the movement this week was minor. A few sites drifted down slightly, a few nudged up, but nothing jumped out as a real trend change. Sharecare slid a bit compared to last week, and a couple of the NPI-related sites cooled off, but overall this was a low-volatility week.
If anything, it reinforced how settled things are... for now. (You never know when some new ghost directory will pop up!)

At the very top of search results, nothing changed. Psychology Today still owns the #1 position more often than anything else, and LinkedIn continues to fill in much of the rest of page one.
Everything else rotates underneath that in fairly predictable ways. No new faces pushed into the top spots this week.
All in all, this was a quiet, snow-day kind of report. No new mystery directories, no sudden breakouts, just some minor shifts here and there.
These are turbulent times right now, to say the least, so therapist search results probably aren't top of mind for most of us. And that... makes total sense.
